I’m planning to build an AI-powered project management system for my 10-person ACM panel installation team in Toronto, Canada.
I have a few important questions before choosing a subscription plan:
Can I create at least 6 specialized AI agents that work together under one central Project Manager agent?
Can my team and I share drawings, PDFs, site photos, panel inventory, measurements, and project updates in one centralized workspace?
Can I ask questions in Persian (Farsi), including by voice, and receive accurate responses in Persian?
Can the system automatically check weather forecasts and traffic conditions for different job sites every morning?
Can AI agents contact team members by phone, confirm attendance, track working hours, and generate daily progress reports?
Can I and the company owner, Bassem, use separate accounts on different devices while accessing the same project information?
Can we start with the free plan, and what features or integrations would require a paid subscription?
What would be the total estimated monthly cost for our use case, including AI agents, phone calls, integrations, and access for multiple team members?
My goal is to build a reliable, coordinated AI project management system that improves productivity, reduces mistakes, and helps our team manage multiple ACM installation sites more efficiently.
I would appreciate your recommendations on the best starting plan and the integrations we would need.

Yes, you can do this using a workforce, with your Project Manager agent coordinating the specialist agents.
If it’s for job tracking, Relevance AI isn’t ideal for that. It’s a backend for your agents rather than the interface your installation team would log into day to day. You can add photos and files into a conversation with an agent, but you’d want something external like a job board that the agents can interact with. If you currently use something, Relevance AI agents can work with it as long as it has an API or MCP server. Additionally, if you’re building a coordinated AI project management system, you could consider using Relevance AI agents as a core piece of your own frontend app via our SDK.
You should be able to ask questions in Persian to an agent. It depends heavily on the AI model behind the agent, as it’s up to the model to understand and respond.
Yes, by connecting API or MCP services that have data on this information.
Yes, there is a phone agent function which takes a phone number and calls it. How you track work hours, generate reports etc. depends on what systems you connect and how you build the agent, but there shouldn’t be any issues with that. Phone agents are available on the Team plan and above.
Yes, you can have multiple users building and accessing aassets on Relevance AI simultaneously.
