Hey everyone — this is our Questions space for getting support on Relevance AI.
Ask about the platform, how-tos, "has anyone done this", and things you're stuck on. Other members and Rellies will jump in.
Your questions will be visible to the rest of the Community and on our forum at community.relevanceai.com, even if you post on Slack. As a result, ⚠️ we cannot assist with log-in, account, or billing issues in the Community, or any other issues that involve PII. Please reach out to our support team for help with these questions.
Before you post, have a read through our documentation, and search through this space to see if anyone else has answered your question. Then, try to provide as much detail as you can on your question you can publicly share. Loom (screen recording) links, screenshots, what you've already tried, and what research you've done, will help us help you!
This is also a great space to share any feedback / feature requests you have for Relevance AI, as well as any questions you have about the Community itself or Relevance Academy.
