Introduction from Daniel, Director of GTM AI Operations and Overview of Key Sales and Support AI Agents
hi team! nice to meet all of you! I'm Daniel, Director of GTM AI Operations based out of Midway, Utah I work cross functionally with Sales Leaders, Post Sales, and Marketing teams to develop agents that take off some of the more tactical workloads from the team. We have over half a dozen Invent users building for their team's needs. Among the favorite agents we've launched:

Upselling recommendations agent; on demand, tailored recommendations complete with GSheet and email copy in Drafts for reps to share with partners
Partner performance reporting agent. Researches account performance, highlights areas to focus on in upcoming calls and QBRs
L3 agents
Implementation QA agent
Inbound Partner Support Ticket Triage and Support Agents; currently triage 100% of tickets and handles 30%. We're slowly expanding support agents to get this number up over 90% by Q1 next year
