Introduction from Miles, Senior AI Technologist at Lightspeed Commerce on GTM and Voice Agents

Hey team 👋 nice to meet you all. I'm Miles, Senior AI Technologist at Lightspeed Commerce (POS and Payments). Based in Melbourne 🇦🇺 I work closely with our Sales teams to build GTM agents on Relevance. Recently an email / research agent for our account managers, an inbound voice SDR, and a closed-lost re-engagement agent on email and SMS as well as smaller agents for call transcription and classification.
