Has anyone found current official Relevance AI documentation explaining:
• Pro-plan retention of conversations, attachments, and tool inputs/outputs, including backup deletion timelines.
• Whether standalone MFA is available on Pro without Enterprise SSO.
• Which audit logs are available on Pro.
• How to confirm the provider, processing route, and data-retention terms for a selected model.
I’ve asked support and am awaiting a human response. I’m looking for official documentation links or the best way to reach the appropriate support team—not confirmation of my account’s security from community members.
