Does Relevance AI document Pro data retention, MFA, audit logs, and model processing routes?

Has anyone found current official Relevance AI documentation explaining: • Pro-plan retention of conversations, attachments, and tool inputs/outputs, including backup deletion timelines. • Whether standalone MFA is available on Pro without Enterprise SSO. • Which audit logs are available on Pro. • How to confirm the provider, processing route, and data-retention terms for a selected model. I’ve asked support and am awaiting a human response. I’m looking for official documentation links or the best way to reach the appropriate support team—not confirmation of my account’s security from community members.

Hey Dareni, I've responded to your support request including the documentation and DPA agreement. Here's my response for your convenience:
1.
"Inputs from agent" and "Tool output" These are part of your agent and tool run logs. The Security Overview covers these under default retention: on paid plans they're stored until you choose to delete them. Conversations are private to your project, can be deleted by you at any time, and are stored in your organization's region, which for you is US (N. Virginia). Automatic deletion policies are an Enterprise feature (Data Retention (https://relevanceai.com/docs/enterprise/data-retention)).

GPT 6 Sol This is OpenAI's GPT-6 Sol model, accessed through OpenAI's API. For OpenAI models used without your own API key, the Security Overview states that data is not logged, not used for training, and covered by a Data Processing Agreement. We don't train any models on your data. Please use this in place of the earlier description. Our subprocessors are listed at http://trust.relevanceai.com/subprocessors.
3.
After manual deletion Agent logs, conversations, knowledge and files are under your control for deletion. Account deletion requests are processed within 60 days. We keep automatic, encrypted backups across multiple availability zones for disaster recovery. We don't publish a separate timeline for backup copies. Our Data Processing Addendum (attached, section 8) covers this: backup copies are deleted under our backup and retention schedules.
4.
MFA on Pro No. SSO and MFA are supported through your identity provider for Enterprise customers.
